What patients say on Google
“Used to be so good. Now its trash. Will be looking for services somewhere else. Impossible to reach anyone with any questions in clouding through a app portal. Noone reaches back out for days. Been waiting for a call back for multiple days now to get my meds switched over. This is outrages! How are supposed to maintain your regiment if Noone calls/ emails back??? If I can take away 5 stars and give a negative five I would!”
“This is without a doubt the absolute WORST health provider I have ever dealt with. The appointments are made and not kept or frequently made without your knowledge. The doctor disappeared from my treatment and flung me out to various nurse practitioners without my knowledge or consent. The office is unresponsive. They use a secretary to find out how you’re doing before the appointment. I’m not giving personal information to a clerk. If you don’t hear from the clerk, I learned to call them several times to make the appointment kept or you won’t get your appointment. They have some decent clinicians which is why I put 1 star. But can you call a doctor decent without terminating the relationship? I do not. I worked in healthcare for my whole career and I have NEVER seen anything like it. Unless you have no choice, avoid this agency like the plague that it is.”
“Love my doctor Grace PA ❤️ she actually listens to me and doesn't write my problems off. She understands how in tune I am with my body and what works best/most beneficial instead of making me jump through hoops of putting be on every medication under the sun I have already tried in the past, and for this I am so thankful I have her in my corner. I will say I am pretty frustrated and upset with staff that said for 2 days now they were sending in my RX change and still haven't done it. I called again before 5pm and was assured it was getting sent in today and it didn't happen. Hopefully it gets figured out soon. Other than that I love being a patient and I am thankful to be back.”
“Dont use this organization unless you prefer frustration and lack of follow through. I'll put more details later but getting prescriptions sent in is extremely frustrating. I literally requested a prescription to go to a pharmacy nearby over three business days ago (FIVE days ago). Im STILL waiting for my prescription and at this point its NOW affecting my job and my career! That might be a joke to some but its not to me. Not to mention the money Im LOSING waiting for it to come through SEVERAL days behind when it was supposed to come through DAYS ago. I even asked for it to be sent in ASAP in my original communication on the first day. The delay on getting a prescription has happened MULTIPLE times already but this is something else and Im tired of it CONSISTENTLY happening. Ive emailed a request for it to be sent in asap on the first message, emailed again two days later after calling the pharmacy MULTIPLE times over a few days to check if it was received, and then called and left a message with Compass on the now third business day (again, this is FIVE days later). The prescription is STILL yet to go in nor do I know if the doctor was ever actually asked to rewrite the prescription either. This has jeopardized my job security during an extremely critical work project and time-do NOT use this organization if you use any of the medication for your work or timing is ever critical. I literally contacted them as soon as I could cause I know things might take time and STILL had to wait MULTIPLE days without medication and SEVERAL follow ups. This is point blank ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. Ive lost time and money waiting for this company to do what I asked it to do DAYS ago and it sucks to get treated like this as a "patient." I said it before and I'll say it again... If you have work deadlines, depend on your medication, or just expect basic communication and proactive handling and DONT want to go through professional damage due to THEIR inaction or inability — go elsewhere and do it IMMEDIATELY. Update: Review Now Lowered to a 2 Star I originally gave a 2 star rating — but I’m now moving this to a one-star because after waiting FIVE days for a basic prescription refill (which I requested early, to avoid delays), they finally sent it in… with the WRONG dose!!! Let me be clear: I’ve been with Compass for about a year, and they have NEVER prescribed me this dosage. Even the pharmacist directly called them and told them the dosage was incorrect. What did Compass do? Whoever talked to them told the pharmacist this lower dose was what I’ve been on — which is completely false. This was NEVER true, Ive NEVER been on that dose before EVER!!! This isn’t just frustrating, it’s actively dangerous and professionally damaging. My job requires precision, and this prescription delay happened during one of the most critical deadlines Ive had. The delay alone already put me behind — but the incorrect script made things 10x worse. Here's the full timeline: I sent the refill request five days ago, including a note that it was urgent. Communicated proactively so there'd still be a buffer in time just in case. I followed up multiple times via their portal. The pharmacy NEVER received the script — so I called again. On day FIVE, they finally sent the prescription — but with the WRONG medication dosage. I had to immediately contact them again and now wait EVEN LONGER while my productivity and workflow suffers. If you rely on your medication for mental clarity or job performance, look elsewhere. Compass Health has failed me now repeatedly and has shown no accountability. If you want an organization that can get the get things done right ESPECIALLY when it matters — this is NOT it. I will likely be escalating my concerns to multiple state boards as well given how unprofessionally Ive been treated. They've delayed essential treatment, misrepresented my dose history, and absolutely failed to communicate. Furthermore, they've cost me money to get this addressed AND they're jeopardizing my job and career. This is INSANELY not okay.”
